[2nd Anniversary] Press release regarding the release of visitor surveys

The Minamisanriku 311 Memorial will celebrate its second anniversary on October 1, 2024.

We have issued a press release publishing the approximately 2,000 survey responses received from visitors.

[Minamisanriku 311 Memorial] More than 30,000 people have experienced the learning program, with 93.4% satisfaction rate. Visitor survey released.

Since its opening, the museum has welcomed over 230,000 visitors, with approximately 30,000 of them participating in its learning programs.

Based on the actual feedback and comments from our customers, who have responded to over 2,000 questionnaires to date, we will continue to strive to improve our earthquake memorial service, disaster prevention education, and facility management.
