At Minamisanriku 311 Memorial, a special exhibition entitled "I want to say 'Thank you' to those people at that time" will be held at Minna no Hiroba from Wednesday, April 3rd.

Since the Great East Japan Earthquake, many volunteers and supporters from all over Japan and the world have visited Minamisanriku Town repeatedly over long periods of time.
We asked residents to send messages to "that person" who was memorable to them, and received messages for people who we will never be able to find out who they were.
We, the residents of Minamisanriku Town, would like to express our heartfelt “thank you'' to “that person at that time.''
We will continue to collect messages of thanks during the event.
