The Minamisanriku 311 Memorial is calling for messages of support for the areas affected by the Noto Peninsula earthquake and the Hualien earthquake in Taiwan.

This appeal was initiated by Mr. Li Jiuwei, who is originally from Taiwan and currently lives in Japan. The messages sent will be delivered to the disaster area by Mr. Li himself.
