[From September survey] Customer feedback

At Minamisanriku 311 Memorial, we conduct a survey of customers who visit every month.
We would like to introduce the opinions and impressions we received from our customers based on the questionnaire responses received in September 2023.

〇I would like to introduce some of the opinions and impressions from our customers.・I am from Nagoya. I've been told that the Tokai Earthquake might occur since I was in first grade, but I was reminded once again that I didn't really think about it as if it were my own problem. As I have more opportunities to visit factories near the sea for work, I realized that I need to think about evacuation options not only for my home, but also for the customers I often visit. Thank you for giving me such a good idea. (Female in her 20s/Chubu)
・I was grateful to finally be able to learn about the stories of the victims of the earthquake and tsunami, which I could only imagine when I was in Tokyo in 2011. I decided to talk to my family about the disaster once again. (Female in her 20s/Kanto)
・Not only did I feel the impact, but I was also able to raise my practical disaster prevention awareness through dialogue with the staff. A new awareness of connecting evacuation and imagination was born. (Male in his 20s/Tohoku (other than Miyagi))
·I used it for the first time. It has been 12 years since the earthquake, and the program was very helpful for continuing disaster prevention efforts. Next time I would like to visit with my children (Female in her 40s/Tohoku (other than Miyagi))
・I want to come again and again! I don't think so because it means reliving painful feelings and experiences, but I think you should come at least once as long as you are alive. I think this will serve as an opportunity for everyone to realize that there is no such thing as complete safety. (Male in his 30s/Kanto)
